We do not operate any accounts.

All Tesla products have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of invoice.
For a refund they must be returned by registered post at your cost in saleable condition, undamaged with a copy of the original invoice and a reason for the refund to PO Box 1028 Maleny 4552 Qld Australia.
All non Tesla products and services on this website are non-refundable and it is your responsibility as the purchaser to choose with care and consideration.

Without Prejudice - the data on this website and in all attachment, files, video and audio clips is for education purposes only.
No healing properties are claimed for any product or service listed, however it is our belief that in providing an improved personal environment a person receiving treatment from their practitioner should find the treatment enhanced and more effective.
With the exception of the SCIO Biofeedback system no products are listed as therapeutic.
