All goods and services are paid for  in advance.

We do not operate any accounts.

Refunds

• All Tesla products have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of invoice.
• For a refund they must be returned by registered post at your cost in saleable condition, undamaged with a copy of the original invoice and a reason for the refund to PO Box 1028 Malney 4552 Qld Australia.

• All non Tesla products and services on this website are non-refundable and it is your responsibility as the purchaser to choose with care and consideration.

Warranties

• Indigo & SCIO Biofeedback Systems and accessories are covered for a 1 year warranty on normal use and this does not include 'fair wear and tear'.  The computer that comes with SCIO has a two-year warranty.

• Eternale Device and computer comes with a two-year warranty.

• Ion Spa Foot Detox System is warrantied for 2 years by the manufacturer.

Advice

• Without Prejudice - the data on this website and in all attachment, files, video and audio clips is for education purposes only.
• No healing properties are claimed for any product or service listed, however it is our belief that in providing an improved personal environment a person receiving treatment from their practitioner should find the treatment enhanced and more effective.
• With the exception of the SCIO Biofeedback system no products are listed as therapeutic.

• Any recurring health symptoms should be referred to your health practitioner.

Dispatch

• Our postage and dispatch days are Wednesday and Mondays.
• Our postal carrier is Australia Post.

• We usually dispatch to you via Registered or Express Post within Australia and overseas via Registered Air Mail or EMS Courier.

Tax Invoices

• We are an Australian Registered Business and pay GST.
• We collect GST from all Domestic sales and our sale item price remains constant regardless of your tax liability status, charity or your country of purchase ie UK.
• When you order online or via the telephone you receive an emailed Tax Invoice after your purchase.  Please print out and keep this as it is your TAX INVOICE for your records.
